Nếu ở vị trí Director, chúng tôi sẽ không bao giờ "đọc" một chiếc CV từ trên xuống dưới. Chúng tôi scan nó.

Nếu không nhìn thấy 3 yếu tố này trong 6 giây đầu tiên, hồ sơ của bạn sẽ lập tức được xếp vào nhóm "No Pile":

1. Results, not Responsibilities: Đừng kể lể bạn "phụ trách xử lý khiếu nại". Hãy nói bạn "đã giảm 20% negative feedback" trong tháng đầu tiên. Số liệu không biết nói dối.

2. The "So What?" Factor: Bạn là Chủ tịch CLB Nhảy? Tuyệt. So what? Điều đó giúp ích gì cho ca làm việc áp lực tại khách sạn 5 sao? Nếu bạn không tự connect the dots (kết nối điểm mạnh) cho chúng tôi, chúng tôi sẽ không làm thay cho bạn.

3. Formatting Discipline: Nếu CV của bạn lộn xộn, font chữ nhảy múa, tôi mặc định workstation và tư duy của bạn cũng sẽ bừa bộn như vậy.

The Hardest Part of Pre-Opening isn't the Building.

In our years doing consulting and pre-opening setup for brands like Wyndham and Best Western, I realized a painful truth.

We can build a multi-million dollar lobby. We can install the finest kitchen equipment. We can sign the perfect management deal.

But the moment we hand over the keys, the owners ask the same question: "Where do we find the people to run this?"

The hardware is world-class. The manpower is often stuck in the past.
