A 14.000kVA - 38.5/6.3kV oil-immersed power transformer designed and manufactured by MBT is currently undergoing voltage testing at the factory before delivery.

A 12,500 kVA oil-immersed power transformer, designed and manufactured by MBT, has been completed, inspected, tested and delivered for the An Cuong Wood Industrial Plant at Becamex Chon Thanh Industrial Park, D**g Nai Province (formerly Binh Phuoc Province)

The transformer was manufactured and tested in accordance with the project’s technical requirements, contributing to a stable and reliable power supply for the plant’s production operations.

DGPT2 Relay for Oil-Immersed Transformer Protection

For oil-immersed transformers, early detection of abnormal operating conditions plays an important role in improving safety and reducing the risk of transformer failure.

The DGPT2 protection relay is commonly used for hermetically sealed oil-immersed distribution transformers. It helps monitor key conditions inside the transformer, including:

⚡ Gas formation
⚡ Internal pressure
⚡ Oil temperature
⚡ Oil level variation

When abnormal gas, pressure, temperature or oil level changes occur, DGPT2 can provide warning or trip signals to support timely inspection and protection.

This makes DGPT2 an important protection device for oil-immersed transformers used in industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, commercial buildings and renewable energy applications.

For EPC contractors, project developers and transformer operators, understanding DGPT2 is useful when selecting, operating or maintaining oil-immersed distribution transformers.
