Human resource:
NEH was newly founded though we members have collaborated in the field of survey and mapping since 2001. Since then, after a working process, NEH staff have gained much experinces and the company has built up a staff of excellent competence, experience and profession. Company background:
NEH was founded by a team of engineers graduated from course 42, Dept of Geodesy, University of Mine and Geology. In July 2001, NEH members graduated from university after years of training and practising basic knowledges of engineering survey and mapping with desires to work in our specific field and apply professional knowledges in major projects of Vietnam. From August 2001 to June 2002, Nguyen Ngoc Bang (current NEH director) worked for CESC in the fields of engineering survey and mapping. The working environment provided them with opportunities to collaborate with and learn from engineers and workers of 20 year seniority and more, access to and work in major projects of thousands of acres with GPS grid borad and as many as 1000 points transverse control network. In July 2002, Bang come back to Hanoi and teamed up with Đoàn Văn Nam, Lê Trung Thành, Phạm Tiến Dũng, Lê Đức Tình, Võ Ngọc Dũng, Phạm Công Vĩnh start a new chapter in career. Working together in Hanoi gave our members an ideal condition for exchanging experiences and assisting one another to promote ability. In 22nd June 2002, the first total station was bought and used by Nguyen Ngoc Bang in engineering surveys under the brandname Group 42a which has reflected enormous effort and determination of Group 42a. Over the period from June 2003 to September 2005, Group 42a had executed hundreds of works of different scales in various fields (surveying, establishing traffic, irrigational, hydroelectric maps..). Tens of technical enhancing sollutions provided Bang and Nam with basis to design series of topographic data processing sofwares in engineering survey. During this period, we have gradually equiped our group with devices and machines as premise for the later foundation of NEH. In September 2005, NEH engineering survey and mapping Ltd Co. was officially founded.
