🌱 **Khi cha mẹ cùng con vào bếp**
Một đứa trẻ tự tay rửa rau, nhặt rau, nhào bột hay nấu một món ăn đơn giản… đang học nhiều hơn chúng ta nghĩ.
Em biết thực phẩm đến từ đâu.
Biết rằng một bữa ăn cần thời gian và công sức.
Biết trân trọng thức ăn hơn.
Và quan trọng nhất, em cảm nhận được niềm vui khi **tự tay tạo ra một điều gì đó**.
Cha mẹ không cần biến căn bếp thành một lớp học.
Chỉ cần cho con được đứng bên cạnh, được làm, được thử và đôi khi… được làm chưa thật hoàn hảo. 😊
🌿 **Children learn so much when parents invite them into the kitchen.**
Washing vegetables, preparing ingredients, kneading dough, or cooking a simple meal may seem like small things.
But through these experiences, children begin to understand where food comes from, how much time and effort goes into a meal, and why food should be valued.
Most importantly, they experience the joy of **making something with their own hands**.
Parents don't need to turn the kitchen into a classroom.
Sometimes, simply letting children join in, try, make mistakes, and try again is already a wonderful lesson. 💚
