🚀 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗚 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 | 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜?

AI is not here to replace you. It’s here to replace people who don’t use it. Let that sink in. In 2026, the rules of work have changed. It’s no longer about who is the smartest, but who can adapt the fastest.

💡 Here are 04 ways to help you stay ahead:
1) 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗜: Turn AI into your assistant, not your competition.
2) 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲: Critical thinking. Communication. Creativity. These are your real advantages.
3) 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝘀 “𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 + 𝗔𝗜”: You focus on strategy. Let AI handle speed and ex*****on.
4) 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱: In a world where everything looks the same, your uniqueness is your power.

🚨Reality check: AI won’t take your job. But someone who uses AI will.
So the real question is… Are you ready to adapt?

Team building at SCRG goes far beyond a great dinner: it’s an opportunity for our cross-functional teams to align, share local insights, and elevate how we support our global partners.

Recently, our BU-1 team gathered for their 2026 H1 team building and knowledge-sharing session. Led by Senior Reliability Test Engineer Josh Li, the workshop focused on a core pillar of our operations: "Mastering Customer Satisfaction & Effective Communication."

From handling complex engineering scenarios to setting proactive update cadences, the session sparked some incredible insights from our technical experts on the ground.

"Being honest about work performance at appropriate times, valuing customer feedback, and making adjustments, ensuring win-win outcomes. Key points include deepening trust through proactive collaboration, enhancing understanding through life interactions, and promoting mutual growth thought mutual growth through hones communication.”
— Charles Huang (Senior Quality Engineer at SCRG China)

"I always regard my clients as my mentors. This mindset allows me to listen to their insights and understand their expectation with humility. By adopting this perspective, we not only bridge the gap between us and create an atmosphere of equality and mutual trust but also enable clients to clearly sense my passion for the work, my rigorous attitude."
— Moyra Tan (Manufacturing Process Engineer at SCRG China)

Here are some key takeaways from our global workforce which we’re happy to share to you too:
- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Actively closing the loop and updating stakeholders on deliverables before they ask.
- 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁: Treating client expectations as a top priority while maintaining an equal, collaborative partnership.
- 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: Choosing the right moments to communicate complex technical updates clearly and effectively.

A huge thank you to Josh for leading the session, and to the entire BU-1 team for constantly pushing the bar higher for SCRG's service quality.

We’re already looking forward to the next session!

As Thailand moves into the second half of 2026, economic growth remains moderate (GDP ~1.5%–2.5%). However, the bigger story lies in where growth is happening.

Several industries are clearly outperforming — and shaping Thailand’s next phase of transformation:

𝟭. 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 & 𝗔𝗜 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
Growing at ~4.2% — nearly double GDP — driven by cloud, AI, and data center investments.
👉Thailand is positioning itself as a regional digital hub

𝟮. 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗩) & 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺
Strong policy support and rising investments are accelerating EV adoption and supply chain development.
👉 The automotive sector is shifting toward electrification

𝟯. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀
Exports and investments continue to focus on high-value, tech-driven production.
👉 Competitiveness is moving up the value chain

𝟰. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 & 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Clean energy, ESG, and sustainability are no longer optional — they are becoming core business priorities.
👉 Green growth is now a strategic imperative

𝟱. 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗘-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻
Digital adoption fuels e-commerce growth, while Thailand’s ASEAN position strengthens its logistics role.
👉 Supply chain efficiency is a key growth enabler

𝟲. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆
Driven by an aging population and rising health awareness, with expansion in private healthcare and preventive care.
👉 A long-term structural growth sector

Thailand is no longer competing on cost, but on capability.

🍃 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗚 | 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗪 & 𝗖𝗡 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀!

If you look at our project calendars this weekend, things will be a little quieter across our Taiwan and China networks.

From June 19th to June 21st, our regional teammates are celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival, a vibrant holiday full of history, intense teamwork, and some incredible food debates.

For those unfamiliar with the history, the festival honors Qu Yuan, an ancient poet and loyal minister. Legend says that when he immersed himself in the river to protest government corruption, locals raced out in boats to save him, beating drums and throwing rice dumplings into the water to protect him.

Today, that story has evolved into beautiful, living traditions that our global SCRG family loves to learn about:
🛶 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗲: The iconic dragon boat races are a true test of unity. Watching teams paddle in perfect harmony to a rhythmic drumbeat reminds us a lot of our own onsite operations—different moving parts working together flawlessly to hit a target.
🍃 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘃𝘀. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁: The holiday's staple food, Zongzi (bamboo-wrapped sticky rice dumplings), highlights the rich cultural differences across the regions. In Taiwan and Southern China, everyone looks forward to savory dumplings loaded with pork, salted egg yolk, and chestnuts. Go up to Northern China, however, and sweet fillings like red bean paste, taro, and dates take over. Both have recipes passed down through generations, and both sound amazing!
🥚 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸: If you happen to visit Taiwan during the festival, you might see people huddled over their floors at exactly 12:00 PM trying to balance a raw egg upright. It’s a popular, fun challenge believed to bring positive energy and good luck to anyone who succeeds. Combined with hanging protective mugwort leaves on front doors and letting kids wear fragrant herb sachets, it’s a beautiful time focused on health and rejuvenation.

At SCRG, we know that our global mindset is built on respecting and celebrating these local roots. Let's join together in wishing our incredible regional teammates, partners, and clients a peaceful, happy, and restful Dragon Boat Festival! 🐉❤️

Last weekend, we celebrated something truly special, our annual Family Outing, held in the occasion of International Children's Day (June 1) and Vietnamese Family Day (June 28).

It was more than just a trip. It was a celebration of the people behind our work – the families who support us every day.

Here’s what we did together:
1) "SCRG in your eyes" – a drawing contest for our members’ children where 25 young artists drew their parents' workplace with pure love and creativity. All masterpieces were displayed at our Art Gallery.
2) Gala Dinner – a night of games, performances, employee-and-family talent shows, and a heartwarming award ceremony for our mini artists.
3) Team Building – fun, laughter, and teamwork across generations.

The energy, the smiles, and the sense of belonging were truly overwhelming. It reminded us that a great workplace is not just about work, it's about creating moments where families feel proud to be part of the journey.

Thank you to every family who joined us. And to our amazing SCRG team, your dedication makes all of this possible.

Taiwan’s Consumer Electronics (CE) sector is undergoing a profound paradigm shift.

As we hit mid-2026, the industry has officially moved from "volume-driven" hardware assembly to "value-driven" innovation. Powered by the integration of Edge AI, Taiwanese tech giants are no longer just manufacturing gadgets, they are building intelligent personal assistants.

For hiring managers and professionals in the CE ecosystem, navigating this landscape requires a new playbook. Here are the 5 major recruitment and career trends redefining Taiwan Consumer Electronics in 2026:

𝟭) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗮 𝗼𝗳 "𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" (𝗔𝗜 𝗣𝗖 & 𝗜𝗼𝗧)
Maturity in AI PCs and Smartphones (led by giants like ASUS, Acer, and MSI) and the universal adoption of the "Matter" protocol have shifted hiring toward Edge AI Optimization, on-device software architects, and IoT system integration.

𝟮) 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁:
From "ODM/OEM" to "Brand & Solution" Taiwanese firms are moving up the value chain. Demand is soaring for Solution Architects who can package hardware with SaaS subscriptions, alongside global brand storytellers highlighting Taiwan's premium security and design.

𝟯) 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰" 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲
Non-STEM tech elites are taking center stage. Companies are aggressively recruiting Ethical AI & Privacy Officers, Consumer Psychologists, and Localization Specialists fluent in EU/US regulatory frameworks (like the EU AI Act).

𝟰) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹-𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁" & 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗿𝗮
Seniority filters are declining in favor of documented project impact. Moreover, green tech and hybrid "Lab-Hybrid" R&D schedules have become the ultimate recruitment tools to attract top-tier Gen Z engineers.

𝟱) 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀
- Bridge the HW-SW Language gap.
- Focus on circular economy and sustainable design skills.
- Cultivate a decentralized, global brand mindset.

Ever wonder what actually separates great teammates from the crowd? It’s rarely about the giant milestones; it’s hidden in the daily, micro-habits that build massive trust.

In our latest team deck, "Small habits that make people want to work with you," we break down the effortless adjustments that make a huge difference in how we collaborate across global time zones.

💡 Quick highlights to swipe through:
- 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸: A 10-second update saves someone else an unnecessary check-in.
- 𝗕𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲: High learners ask "What am I missing?" instead of defending why they're wrong.
- 𝗡𝗼 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀: Even if you don't have the final answer yet, a quick acknowledgment buys immense goodwill.
- 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽𝘀 & 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀: Step up when a project stalls, and share credit generously when it succeeds.
