Trong bối cảnh cơ quan thuế gia tăng mức độ giám sát cũng như Thông tư 99 chuẩn bị có hiệu lực, Deloitte Việt Nam và OplaCRM đã tổ chức hội thảo với mục tiêu hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp vừa đảm bảo tuân thủ, vừa duy trì hiệu quả vận hành và tính minh bạch tài chính.

Sự kiện diễn ra tại văn phòng TP HCM của Deloitte Việt Nam, thu hút sự tham gia đông đảo của CFO, kế toán trưởng và các anh/chị phụ trách tài chính – thuế, đại diện các doanh nghiệp.

Được dẫn dắt bởi các chuyên gia Dịch vụ Tư vấn Thuế & Pháp lý và Dịch vụ Kiểm toán & Đảm bảo, Deloitte Việt Nam, sự kiện đã cung cấp góc nhìn thực tiễn về cách doanh nghiệp chủ động quản trị rủi ro thuế, thích ứng với các thay đổi trong môi trường pháp lý ngày càng phức tạp.

Các diễn giả của chương trình đã mang đến những nội dung nổi bật như các xu hướng thanh tra thuế mới nhất, trọng tâm kiểm tra mà doanh nghiệp đặc biệt lưu ý (giao dịch liên kết, chi phí hợp lý, M&A…); hay các thay đổi trọng yếu của Thông tư 99 liên quan đến nguyên tắc kế toán, hạch toán và lập báo cáo tài chính.

Thông qua những chia sẻ kết hợp với ví dụ thực tiễn, dự án Deloitte đã triển khai tại Việt Nam, đại diện các doanh nghiệp đã có thêm góc nhìn thực chiến trong việc rà soát và củng cố hệ thống quản trị nội bộ, đồng thời được trao đổi trực tiếp về các vấn đề đang phát sinh trong hoạt động tài chính – kế toán – thuế hiện nay.

Khi Việt Nam thúc đẩy hội nhập tài chính quốc tế, dòng vốn quốc tế ngày càng ưu tiên các tiêu chuẩn về minh bạch, quản trị rủi ro và năng lực vận hành, yêu cầu nâng cao chuẩn mực quản trị đối với hệ thống ngân hàng ngày càng trở nên cấp thiết.

Theo bà Nguyễn Thị Anh Thơ, Phó Tổng Giám đốc, Dịch vụ Tư vấn Chiến lược, Rủi ro và Giao dịch, Deloitte Việt Nam, trước khi nói đến khả năng hội nhập quốc tế, các ngân hàng trên thực tế đã phải nâng cao chuẩn mực quản trị và minh bạch để đáp ứng yêu cầu ngày càng cao trong nước.

"Các ngân hàng hiện đang nằm giữa một 'sức ép dễ chịu' khi vừa phải tuân thủ các yêu cầu bắt buộc của thời kỳ, vừa coi đây là động lực để chuyển mình thành phiên bản tốt hơn nhằm phát triển bền vững và theo chuẩn quốc tế", bà Thơ nhận định.

Theo đại diện Deloitte Việt Nam, trong thời gian tới, tiêu chuẩn đối với các ngân hàng sẽ ngày càng cao hơn, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh Việt Nam bước vào giai đoạn phát triển mới và thúc đẩy các dự án quy mô lớn như xây dựng hai Trung tâm tài chính quốc tế tại TP.HCM và Đà Nẵng. Bà cho rằng, chỉ những ngân hàng đủ nguồn lực, có năng lực quản trị tốt mới đủ điều kiện để tham gia "cuộc chơi" này.

Deloitte Việt Nam được vinh danh vào đúng dịp kỷ niệm 35 năm thành lập - 13/5/2026 - với hạng mục Top 10 Outstanding FIEs in Vietnam in 2025-2026 tại giải thưởng Rồng Vàng.

Đây cũng là lần thứ 11 Deloitte Việt Nam được xướng tên trong suốt 25 năm tổ chức của chương trình.

For Shailee Mehta, the impact of sponsorship was evident early in her journey at Deloitte Singapore. Starting as an intern, she was given the opportunity to transition into a full-time role and contribute to a strategic client engagement, an experience that both challenged and accelerated her growth. Today, this experience continues to shape her view of leadership as a responsibility to create similar opportunities for others.

While hard work builds credibility, Shailee believes strong alliances amplify impact.
