Non-woven fabric is often the optimal choice for manufacturing microfiber leather due to the combination of many features such as:
- Durability
- Breathability
- Good permeability
- Low production cost

Unlike woven and knitted fabrics used in the production of PU, PVC industrial leather, non-woven fabric stands out in terms of structure and characteristics.

Superfine fibers (with a diameter only 1/5 that of a human hair) are interlaced to create a 3D structure through heat, mechanics, or chemicals. This 3D structure helps simulate the epidermis layer of real leather, providing excellent elasticity and flexibility, as well as enhancing dust and bacteria resistance due to the absence of gaps found in woven and knitted fabrics.

- Spinning process: the polymer solution is then spun into fibers through various methods such as melt spinning, wet spinning, or dry spinning. This step creates the microfiber structure, which is essential for mimicking the texture and appearance of genuine leather.
