iitob.com is a digital marketing agency specializing in data acquisition and email marketing. We are looking for a Team Leader for our office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
This is an opportunity for you to work at the high end of digital marketing, overseeing operations that generate in excess of $3,000,000 annually. By working with our team, you will acquire skills rarely available and highly sought after, with the chance to work with resources available to only a handful of companies globally.
YOUR ROLE
1. To work with the company owners to identify and plan automation strategies for regular tasks. This may include mass creation of email campaigns via a combination of scripting and API communication, utilizing browser automation to identify trending content from multiple sources and similar processes. You will need to have a full understanding of what we hope to achieve through these processes, and how they can be achieved.
You will then work directly with developers to oversee the creation and testing of these solutions. You will need to clearly communicate the goals of the company, and ensure the solutions created offer the best possible results.
2. You will oversee the daily work of team members, receiving regular updates on the status of tasks and communicating the progress of tasks with senior management. You will regularly observe the work of team members and provide them with additional advice or training to complete these tasks more efficiently and accurately.
You will also advise senior management when changes to the team's activity or the team itself is required. For example, if the team would benefit from new team members, you will communicate and discuss with senior management, and help with the recruiting the appropriate team member for this role.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We have developed our own approach to data acquisition and digital marketing which you will spend a period of time learning about directly with senior management. As such, previously experience within digital marketing is not a requirement, although it may help to speed up the initial training period.
We are looking for someone with the following capabilities:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work undertaken. You will be responsible for the accurate completion of tasks from the team, so your ability to audit their output is essential.
- Previous experience working with IT-related project management or product management. You will be required to understand the business goals of automation solutions, and communicate the technical requirements to the developers who create them.
- High level of spoken and written English, along with the confidence to regularly discuss company matters in English with senior management.
- Competency using Excel or similar spreadsheet systems.
- Experience managing a team, especially providing training and support to junior team members.
REMUNERATION
This is a full time position with working hours of 9:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday. The working hours include one hour for lunch and a 15 minute afternoon break.
Your salary will be in the range of 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND based on your experience.
You will receive benefits including a private healthcare plan, travel and food allowance, 13th month bonus and additional bonuses.
You will be provided training material and the ability to attend courses and seminars relatiing to digital marketing, ecommerce and data acqusition.
