Technical Lead to drive its software development process, maintaining all aspects of the overall software development life-cycle and ensuring the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases. This role requires the successful candidate to spend 70% of time for coding and 30% to management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Document all programming tasks and procedures
Research and apply new technologies and techniques
Perform coding and code review.
Assign tasks to members and monitor to make sure meet deadline.

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
Typically possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in the following technologies: Java, .Net, Node.JS, HTML, Javascript, CSS
Familiar with databases: Postgresql, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis.
Experience to build large scale system and high performance system
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
Good communication skills; used to communicating with IT and business management, technology vendor and third-party delivery partners;
