Working process with ExportHelp (search for suppliers)
1 Sourcing agency: we support foreign companies to look for Vietnamese partners through professional procedure:
Search for suitable distributors/suppliers: analyze client’s requirements, do the market research, find out the most potential suppliers/distributors, make phone call to arrange business meeting, etc. This task is very time consuming. Interpreter: Not all Vietnamese companies can speak English, and even they can – we are not sure they can speak fluently. Therefore, we will join the meeting to support client as translator. Follow-up activities: we will be at the meetings between client and suppliers/manufacturers (if any) to follow-up after the meeting with Vietnamese companies. It means we will continue to communicate with them via email, phone, or send the required documents/files to distributors/suppliers, etc. (deal the contract, translate documents into Vietnamese, find logistics partner, etc.) after client return to home country. This task is very important so that both sides understand each other better. Further supports: if the distributors/suppliers are not suitable, then we will continue to find more suitable distributors/suppliers for clients. Buying/selling contract will be signed directly between client and suppliers/distributors in Vietnam. We will discuss with client to continue to support on quality assurance (QA), follow-up the production, etc. (if the client would like ExportHelp to support on this). The contract between client and supplier/distributor is ExportHelp’s target, because we will have other chances to serve client ONLY IF CLIENT IS SUCCESSFUL. If it is not convenient for client to flight to Vietnam, then Exporthelp’ team proposes that we will be client’s representative agency in Vietnam to find out the suitable distributors/suppliers in Vietnam: answer the questions, find business partners/distributors/suppliers, and keep client updated on our working progress. Once there are some potential distributors/suppliers, we will negotiate directly with them or if necessary, client will flight to Vietnam and discuss more with them. 2 Trade representative in Vietnam: we support foreign enterprises to do business in Viet Nam, and providing useful information such as: import and export statistics, industry information, business environment in Vietnam, business establishment procedures, the way to open a representative office in Vietnam, and the addresses of the well-known industrial parks, etc.
3 Organizing business delegation to attend oversea exhibitions. Exporthelp is partnering with International Exhibition Organizers in order to introduce and promote Vietnamese businesses to join in these exhibitions and look for potential customers or partners in countries such as Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Lao, Cambodia, Myanmar.
4 Providing the database of oversea importers/distributors so that Vietnamese company can contact, and introduce products/services to potential oversea clients.
5 Organizing special training course “Market research and export promotion skill through Internet” to provide sufficient knowledge for Vietnamese enterprises to implement export market researches; seek for potential partners and customers in Europe, USA, Japan,…
