Việc sản xuất bột giặt rửa chén đặt ra thách thức lớn đối với công nghệ nghiền nhỏ. Do độ ẩm trong không khí, các chất kết tụ không mong muốn thường hình thành trong quá trình sản xuất. Kết quả là bát đĩa không được sạch như mong muốn của khách hàng. Khách hàng không hài lòng với chất tẩy rửa chén của họ và chuyển sang sản phẩm khác.
Nhiều thử nghiệm đã chỉ ra rằng giảm bề mặt làm giảm sự kết tụ bột. Đối với việc sản xuất bột giặt, điều này có nghĩa là các hạt phải có phân bố kích thước hạt dẹp. Khách hàng đạt được kết quả này với thiết bị cho phép nén chặt không có chất phụ gia và tạo hạt nhẹ nhàng.

The manufacture of polymer products for 3D printing is increasingly becoming a genuine challenge, since the trend is moving towards ever finer products. - As ALPINE launched the AFG fluidised bed opposed jet mill onto the market in 1981, it succeeded in revolutionising jet milling. Since then, over 1,000 machines have been sold for a wide diversity of applications.
- In jet milling, comminution is exclusively the result of interparticle collision in the gas jets. And because there are no machine components in the grinding zone, neither machine wear nor product contamination occurs. This is why jet milling is often used when contamination-free products are required.

FLASH MILL DRYER
The Drymeister (DMR) flash drying system is the first of its kind to be patented anywhere in the world. It was designed to combine drying, de-agglomeration / milling and classifying in one piece of equipment. The DMR flash dryer can dry temperature-sensitive products, safely, even under increased temperatures, in a matter of seconds!
The DMR is a continuous dryer, capable of processing bulk solids with a moisture content varying from a few % to more than 80% in suspensions, slurries, pastes, filter cakes and wet powders. It requires 75% less space and uses about 30-40% less energy per kilogram of evaporated water, compared to other direct drying technologies.
