Some buildings carry history in their walls. TDX Factory was District 1's ice-making facility for decades.

Rather than erase that, we made it the starting point. The volume, the rawness, the patina of time — all of it kept. All of it celebrated.

This is what adaptive reuse looks like when the past is treated as an asset, not an obstacle.

An old ice factory doesn't disappear — it transforms.

TDX Factory in District 1 was once a place where ice was made. Today it's where ideas are.

We designed the entrance, F&B area, and restrooms — the spaces that set the tone for the entire venue. Industrial bones. Creative soul.
