We're a Vietnam-based Brand-to-Market consultancy. Our work spans research, positioning, identity, and go-to-market, and design sits at the center of how we make strategy tangible for clients.

The right person for this role understands that brand design isn't decoration. It's decision-making. You should be able to build identity systems that scale, translate strategic intent into visual language, and present your thinking clearly to leadership-level clients.

What we're not looking for: someone who executes well but thinks that's enough. This role requires judgment, not just craft.

For two decades, BVU has built a curriculum rooted in maritime studies, logistics, and the marine economy. As Vung Tau transitions from a coastal tourism city into a national logistics hub, the university needed a brand built for its next chapter, not its past.

xolve led the repositioning. We rebuilt BVU's identity system to reflect the institution it has become and the role it is preparing to play. The Gannet and Shield, along with the Navy Blue and Golden Star, are the visible elements. The core work lies in the positioning, brand architecture, and a strategic framework designed to guide the university as it scales.

xolve branding was invited to bring this story to life through design, crafting a brand identity that feels as warm as sunrise and as steady as a heartbeat. Inspired by the wish “Mẹ tròn, con vuông,” the design captures harmony in every detail, from the gentle curves of the logo to the calm, nurturing color palette.

More than a brand, The Joyful Nest is a gentle movement that redefines postpartum care in Vietnam through empathy, thoughtful design, and deep cultural reverence.

MIT Uni. is in the business of fueling the next industrial revolution with human talent.

When they approached us for a rebrand, we wanted to create a symbol that told the whole story of their home in D**g Nai. The new mark resolves the tension between machine and mind: the Gear represents precision and the industrial strength of the region. The Sunflower represents the “Eastern Sun” (Miền Đông) and human potential.

Combined with a bold new Crimson and Amber palette, MIT Uni. now has a visual identity that matches the energy of its 24-hectare Smart Campus expansion.
