Vì sao dev nên cân nhắc apply qua headhunter thay vì gửi thẳng cho HR?

1. Bạn sẽ được “chăm sóc” tận tình từ khâu hoàn thiện CV, chỉnh sửa lỗi, tối ưu nội dung… để hạn chế tối đa nguy cơ bị loại một cách oan uổng.

2. Headhunter thường nắm rất rõ style phỏng vấn của từng công ty nên có thể “bật mí” cho bạn những tips quan trọng trước khi bước vào vòng phỏng vấn.

3. Bạn không phải chờ kết quả trong lo lắng một mình – sẽ có một người đồng hành, hồi hộp cùng bạn, vui khi bạn đậu và cũng buồn khi bạn rớt.

4. Headhunter tiếp cận được nhiều job “ẩn”, những vị trí không bao giờ được đăng công khai trên các trang tuyển dụng.

5. Nhiều trường hợp gửi CV qua LinkedIn bị HR bỏ sót (mình từng gặp), nhưng đi qua headhunter thì hầu như không có chuyện đó vì họ sẽ follow-up liên tục để đảm bảo CV của bạn được xem.

6. Biết đâu sau quá trình làm việc, bạn lại có thêm một người bạn, một connection mới hoặc một người hiểu bạn đúng lúc bạn cần.

Description:
- Define and design product architecture and implement solutions for complex problems
- Provide technical input to prepare project scope, schedule, estimation and cost
- Guide and mentor the technical leads to deliver commitments on time with Quality

- Experience in Multithreaded programming, usage of IPCs, Interrupts & synchronization methods

Good to Have:
- Working knowledge on R-CAR platform

- Experience on agile development framework
- Experience working in automotive domain, ADAS/IVI/Gateway solutions, Functional safety/ISO26262

[HCM - Embedded Linux Engineer]

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming.
• Experience working with Embedded Systems.
• Solid understanding of low-level programming, including register and pointer manipulation, and low-level driver development.
• Hands-on experience with common communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C.
