Can AI evaluate better than humans? I was surprised by the answer.

I recently spoke at ICF Vietnam Chapter event about integrating AI into coaching, not to replace it, but to enhance it. One area that truly stood out...........Using AI to provide accurate and objective feedback.

I experimented by feeding ChatGPT the transcripts I submitted as part of my MCC accreditation process. And the quality of feedback I received was, in all ways better structured, more detailed, and more insightful [without bias, without filters that a human offers].

I don't suggest that AI replaces human judgment. It adds a powerful layer of self-assessment. In this video, I share exactly how I use AI as a feedback tool, and why I believe this is the future of the coaching industry.
