Corporate events and MICE are taking an increasingly important share of the tourism market. Their transformation must therefore be addressed as part of the wider evolution of hospitality, destination management and tourism infrastructure.

On the morning of 20 August, from 8:30 to 12:30, our CVO Betty Pallard will curate and lead the sustainability programme, delivering both the opening and closing remarks, welcoming an outstanding group of speakers and connecting their expertise with the practical transformation now required across the sector.
