Please be aware of this page attempting to scam people interested in labor export to Australia. They are using our company's name, address, and website to scam individuals for approximately 30-40 million VND. Someone came to our office yesterday to inquire about us, and we were shocked to hear about this.

Our company specializes in business and marketing development and has nothing to do with labor export (you can see more on our FB page and website). When we attempted to message them, they responded rudely and used offensive language.

𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
Our primary objective is to set up an efficient collection program for Tetra Pak Containers. To assist and maintain accuracy with this project, we will help develop and integrate the use of KOLEKT (the app) to monitor this collection.

The Field Managers’ service territory will be identified by District and Zone (ward/commune). Phase 1 will include the 24 districts (330 Zones) of HCMC with a total population of approximately 9,500,000. Phase 2 will include the Metropolitan area of HCMC (30 Km radius) with a total population of approximately 21,000,000.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
🎯 Working with the street level waste pickers (“WP’s” ):
🎯 Interview and fill out the WP Evaluation sheet.
🎯 Identify the WP’s preferred RC. ( included in the evaluation but very important information).
🎯 Download/Set up and explain the benefits of using KOLEKT
🎯 Promote the use of KOLEKT with an explanation of payments and incentives
🎯 Listen to and solicit suggestions from the pickers regarding KOLEKT or the collection program in general. Their problems, suggestions, and solutions are very important to us.
🎯 Explain quality expectations for the collected UHT as well as the proper way to present and deliver the UHT to the RC.

➡️ Field Managers will be expected to attend Raybar weekly meetings to receive and update the program progress.
➡️ During the meetings, please feel free to provide suggestions that could help to improve our collection program. Your input is very important!
➡️ Field Managers will be expected to always behave professionally as representatives of Raybar Group. They will wear proper clothing, shoes, or boots appropriate for a field/office mixed work environment. (Raybar/TP Polo Shirt w/shorts/pants/skirt).

🔥 Day 2: Assisted Field Orientation/Training with WP’s
