CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented and dynamic candidates for the full time position of SENIOR (DESIGN) ARCHITECT to work in HCM Office.

Job Title: Senior (Design) Architect

This position is to lead the design, documentation and presentation of architectural design from design to construction to meet the client’s programme. The position also involves site visits and supervision if required and managing other architects and drafting staff.
Architectural designs are for a variety of building types, which include public, commercial and residential buildings.

A. JOB DESCRIPTION
· To complete design studies, design reports, designs, technical specifications, cost estimates and other design functions as required by the Company.
· At each stage of the designs (concept or sketch - basic or schematic - detailed or construction), work with other internal disciplines (C&S, M&E, QS) or external consultants to produce reports, presentation to clients, documents needed for authority approval (such as PCCC), construction specifications and third party review.
· Undertake supervision duties for the supervision of architectural works such as contract documentation, tender evaluation, supervision, quality control and documentation of correspondence including site visits and audits.
· To manage other architects and drafting staff to implement design activities as required.
· To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree priorities, establish work programmes and report progress.
· To be familiar with the best practice and relevant Vietnamese and international design standards.
· To promote the activities of the company by reporting any commercial opportunities that may arise.

B. JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Qualification
- University degree or equivalent in Architecture
- Must have practicing license or professional registration
2. English: Good written and spoken English is compulsory (The Line Manager is an expat so English skill is a MUST)
3. Computer Skills
- REVIT
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
4. Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of the Vietnamese construction industry, local and international standards and codes

A. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support Mechanical Team Leader to set up document for each design stages from concept design, technical design, tender to Construction documentation.
· Support Mechanical Team Leader to check and verify:
· Quality of design document (Drawing, design report and technical specification)
· Check the detail of design drawing and suggest ideas to discuss with M&E Manager and Team Leader.
· Lead the design, documentation and presentation of the following material to achieve the critical dates required.
· Take lead from Team Leader to oversee that all Team members in the group are working efficiently and effectively to achieve for the projects and deadlines.
· Coordinate with Head of Department to monitor staff’s compliance with Company regulations and policies.
· To carry out Mechanical system design of multi-story structures high rise building, office building, apartment, hotel and factory projects.

B. JOB REQUIREMENT
- University graduate major in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Language:
· Good communication in English.
· Be able to read and comprehend specification or technical document.
- Computer Skills:
· Revit, Autocad, Ms. Office, Ms. Project…
· Fluent of all design software in Mechanical/Electrical system.
- Knowledge:
· Deeply knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical design and construction standard (TCVN and international standards).
