PwC Việt Nam vinh dự tham gia Tuần lễ Nước Việt Nam 2026 (Vietnam Water Week 2026), một trong những diễn đàn chuyên ngành quan trọng quy tụ các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, tổ chức phát triển, đơn vị cấp thoát nước, nhà đầu tư và cộng đồng doanh nghiệp nhằm thảo luận các định hướng phát triển của ngành nước Việt Nam.

Trong khuôn khổ Hội thảo 3 về "Thúc đẩy đầu tư tư nhân và PPP trong ngành nước", ông Abhinav Goyal (VN), Giám đốc Dịch vụ Tư vấn Dự án Đầu tư và Cơ sở hạ tầng (CP&I), PwC Việt Nam, đã chia sẻ về kinh nghiệm quốc tế trong đầu tư các dự án ngành nước theo hình thức đối tác công tư ( ). Ông nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc xác định rõ kết quả dịch vụ, xây dựng cơ chế thanh toán bền vững, phân bổ rủi ro hợp lý và hoàn thiện khung thể chế nhằm tạo điều kiện thu hút nguồn vốn đầu tư dài hạn cho hạ tầng ngành nước.

Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam tiếp tục thúc đẩy an ninh nguồn nước, tăng cường khả năng chống chịu trước biến đổi khí hậu và phát triển hạ tầng bền vững, sự phối hợp hiệu quả giữa khu vực công và khu vực tư nhân sẽ là yếu tố quan trọng để huy động nguồn lực đầu tư và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ cho cộng đồng và doanh nghiệp.

PwC Vietnam was pleased to participate in Vietnam Water Week 2026, one of the country's key industry forums bringing together policymakers, development partners, water utilities, investors and businesses to discuss priorities for advancing Vietnam's water sector.

As part of the conference session on Promoting Private Investment and PPP in the Water Sector, Mr. Abhinav Goyal, Director, Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I), PwC Vietnam, shared insights on international experience in developing and financing water projects. Drawing on lessons from leading projects across Asia-Pacific and beyond, he highlighted the importance of establishing clear service outcomes, sustainable payment mechanisms, appropriate risk allocation and robust institutional frameworks to support long-term investment in water infrastructure.

[PwC Việt Nam – Điểm tin Thuế & Pháp lý] Luật hải quan mới và các dự thảo quy định hướng dẫn thi hành​

Ngày 23/8/2026, Quốc hội đã thông qua Luật số 11 sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Hải quan số 54. Luật này sẽ có hiệu lực từ ngày 1/3/2027.​

Để hướng dẫn thi hành Luật số 11, các dự thảo văn bản quy định chi tiết đã được công bố để lấy ý kiến, bao gồm:​
- Dự thảo Nghị định thay thế Nghị định số 08 và Nghị định số 167 (“Dự thảo Nghị định”); và​
- Dự thảo Thông tư thay thế Thông tư số 38, Thông tư số 39 và Thông tư số 121 (“Dự thảo Thông tư”).​

[PwC Vietnam’s Tax & Legal NewsBrief] New Customs Law and draft implementing regulations​

On 23 August 2026, the National Assembly passed Law 11, which amends the existing Law on Customs 54. The new law will take effect on 1 March 2027.​

To implement Law 11, the authorities have released the following draft guidance documents for public consultation:​
- A draft Decree replacing Decree 08 and Decree 167; and​
- A draft Circular replacing Circular 38, as amended by Circulars 39 and 121.​

Ngày 14/9, ACCA đã kỷ niệm 25 năm hiện diện tại Việt Nam. Buổi lễ quy tụ đại diện từ các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, hiệp hội nghề nghiệp, doanh nghiệp và cơ sở giáo dục nhằm ghi nhận những bước tiến của ngành kế toán, kiểm toán và tài chính.

Tại buổi lễ, ông Trần Khắc Thể, Phó Tổng Giám đốc, Dịch vụ Kiểm toán, PwC Việt Nam, đã đại diện nhận kỷ niệm chương ghi nhận PwC là Đối tác Nghề nghiệp Chiến lược (Strategic Professional Partner) của ACCA Việt Nam. [PwC Việt Nam – Điểm tin Thuế & Pháp lý] Quy định mới về xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân​

Tiếp nối việc hoàn thiện khung pháp lý về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam (vui lòng tham khảo các Điểm tin trước đây của chúng tôi về Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân và Nghị định 356), Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định số 330/2026/NĐ-CP quy định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực an ninh mạng và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân. Nghị định có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 19 tháng 8 năm 2026.​

Đáng chú ý, lần đầu tiên các hành vi vi phạm liên quan đến bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân được điều chỉnh bởi một cơ chế xử phạt chuyên biệt trong lĩnh vực này. Nghị định 330 tạo ra cơ sở pháp lý toàn diện cho việc xử phạt vi phạm hành chính đối với các tổ chức, cá nhân không tuân thủ các quy định về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.​

[PwC Vietnam’s Tax & Legal NewsBrief] New rules dealing with violations of personal data protection regulations​

Following the introduction of Vietnam’s personal data protection framework (please refer to our previous NewsBrief on the Law on Personal Data Protection and Decree 356), the Government has issued Decree No. 330/2026/NĐ-CP on administrative sanctions in the fields of cybersecurity and personal data protection. The Decree took immediate effect on 19 August 2026.​

Notably, for the first time, violations relating to personal data protection are regulated under a dedicated sector-specific sanctions regime. Decree 330 establishes a comprehensive legal basis for imposing administrative penalties on organisations and individuals that fail to comply with personal data protection requirements.​
