THE HỒ TIÊU Kitchen is an intimate extension of our spice company’s mission to Discover, Elevate, and Preserve the heritage of Vietnamese flavors. Hosted by our founder and chef, Lora Lê, these private dinners take guests on a “North to South” culinary journey through the country’s most exceptional spices and seasonal delicacies.

The Experience:
The Menu: A bespoke 7-course fusion menu featuring rare spices sourced directly from local farmers across Vietnam.

The Concept:
A spice-led journey starting with traditional apricot wine from the northern Sơn La province and concluding with our signature premium peppers.

The Setting:
An exclusive evening at Lora’s private home in Hội An.

Logistics & Pricing:
Capacity: Private groups of 2 to 15 guests.

🍀 Timing: Doors open at 5:00 PM. To respect our neighbors, the evening concludes by 10:00 PM.

🌸 Booking: 72 hours notice required. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance settled on the night.
