Growing up we were taught to listen to our parents, church leaders, chiefs and our teachers. Even in work places you were to listen to those in leadership. We were not able to express ourselves freely. When you did you were called a "strong head" or seen as disobedient or a rebel. We never questioned and everything we did was what we were told.
We think there is nothing to do when we do not go to school anymore and those who graduate think the government is responsible for creating jobs.
Then there are those who do start a business and or are self employed but because there is no awareness of what the journey entails, when things go wrong, we look for someone or something to blame.
