Ndermarrja prodhuese Ginza, Shoqeria me Pergjegjesi te Kufizuar eshte e temeluar ne fillim te vitit 2006 me kapital 100% privat dhe ne pronesi te nje pronari te vetem. Selia e ndermarrjes eshte buze rruges magjistrale Prishtine – Peje ne fshatin Grabanice. Ginza aktivitetin e vet prodhues e realizon ne siperfaqe te mbyllur prodhimi prej 500m2 dhe siperfaqe te hapur prej 3000m2

. Aktiviteti kryesor i kesaj ndermarrje eshte prodhimi dhe montimi i dyerve dritareve nga PVC dhe alumini si dhe prodhimi dhe montimi i fasadave strukturale nga alumini. Lenda e pare (profilat) PVC qe perdoret per prodhim eshte e prodhuesit gjerman me renome boterore TROCAL. ( www.trocal-profiles.com ). Sistemet mbyllese jane poashtu te markes me te njohur gjermane SIEGENIA-AUBI Favorit SI-Line ( www.siegenia-aubi.com ). Elementet e montimit qe ne i perdorim jane te markes gjermane WÜRTH. Paisjet dhe makinerite prodhuese jane te markes se njohur gjermane ELUMATEC. Ginza gjithashtu eshte e involvuar ne fushen e ndertimit si aktivitet dytesor ku jemi te licencuar si ndermarrje ndertimore. Ne kete fushe kemi realizuar disa projekte me sukses per kliente sic jane KFOR Anglez (Turner Management Facilities), KFOR Finlandez, KFOR Gjerman, Universiteti i Prishtines, Ministria e Arsimit Shkences dhe Teknologjise etj. Ginza si nje ndermarrje relativisht e re ka nje staff prodhues dhe menaxherial me pervoje shume te madhe ne fushat e veprimtarise se vet. Keto pervoja ky staff i ka arritur duke punuar ne ndermarrje prestigjioze ne Kosove, dhe tani ne GINZA. Stafi yne i nenshtrohet periodikisht trajnimeve te ndryshme nga teknike gjerman te TROCAL-it te cilet na njoftojne me risite dhe menyrat gjermane te konfeksionimt te dritareve. Keto njohuri dhe instruksione stafi prodhues i GINZA-s i zbaton me nje perpikeri te madhe gjate procesit te prodhimit. Gaba III is an iconic building in the heart of Lörrach, Germany which stored european household brands such as Elmex.

🌱 Pioneering Sustainability in Weil am Rhein, Germany
We’re proud to share our latest milestone as we enter the final phase of implementing the CUBE 3 project — the installation of BIPV panels has begun on the first project in the region to receive this level of investment in green energy.

This initiative involves the complete renovation of an office building, now being equipped with a ventilated spider façade system integrated with photovoltaic panels, enabling on-site energy self-sufficiency.

Our team was responsible for the design, manufacturing, and full installation — including panel layout planning, cutting specifications, structural load analysis, and window system production.

A bold step toward the future of sustainable architecture. ⚡🏢
