IMPACT is founded in 2015 by a group of professionals from Kosovo who were committed to asserting the professionalism and role of smaller consulting firms in the life of the nonprofit sector. IMPACT offers specialist consultancy, training and research for local NGOs and development agencies dedicated to strengthen civil society. We help organizations through development and change processes, which involve management development and program design. We assist NGOs and donors in the evaluation of programs and offer support in monitoring and evaluation. We also offer short-term consultancies including desk studies, mentoring, peer reviews and workshop facilitation. Our organization works with broader spectrum of Kosovo NGOs and donor community. We work with NGOs and the community to achieve sustainable long term improvement and changes. IMPACT works to strengthen innovative leadership and sustainability of NGO’s and the not-for-profit sectors. We work in collaboration with funders, management, staff and clients whom we believe are the experts in their organizational and cultural development needs. Consultancy assignments are conducted by experienced staff members and a core group of external consultants, based in Kosovo and around the world.
