Duffye 🎤

Designed as a living artwork for a celebrated artist in Pristina, this interior explores the tension between geological mass and technical precision. The spatial sequence is defined by raw stone topographies, hand-applied plasters, and bold chromatic shifts that delineate distinct functional zones.

From the immersive acoustic studio to the graphic, industrial wardrobe, every surface is treated with architectural intent, creating a multi-layered environment where the boundary between creator and space is permanently dissolved.

Natural materials and sculptural forms are carefully balanced with refined technical details, allowing each room to function both as a highly practical setting and as an expressive architectural composition.

The interplay of texture, light, and color generates a dynamic atmosphere that evolves throughout the day, reinforcing the sense of inhabiting a space that is as much a personal sanctuary as it is a work of art.

ABA Burger🍔

ABA Burger is designed to create a space that reflects the high quality of the product it offers – classic burgers with perfect flavor, for which this place is known as one of the best in Pristina.

We conceived a space defined by a “Quiet Permanence,” where the monolithic use of large-format tiles creates a seamless shell that balances high-end aesthetics with uncompromising hygiene. This intentional material choice ensures the environment remains pristine and easily maintained despite the high daily frequency of guests. The inherent strength of the tiled surfaces is softened by a palette of warm, welcoming tones and organic timber accents, layering the functional space with a sense of unexpected coziness.

By orchestrating the layout around a fluid, intuitive circulation, we ensured that the high flow of customers feels effortless. The result is a grounded, sophisticated sanctuary where the clarity of the design directly reflects the high quality of the product itself.

Pepperefic AF Mall 🍽️

The spatial concept for Pepperific is an exploration of atmospheric density within a transparent volume.

By layering industrial skeletons with sculptural light and organic mass, the architecture mediates the relationship between the cavernous and the intimate.

The dialogue between the dark overhead void and the illuminated textural planes creates a disciplined yet sensory-rich environment.

Movement is guided by subtle shifts in materiality and light, resulting in a landscape of quiet contrasts and architectural restraint.

My Sky ✈️

The architectural reconfiguration centers on a sophisticated atmosphere inspired by the streamlined aesthetics of aviation.

A continuous vaulted plane in textured micro-cement establishes a singular rhythmic volume, complemented by bespoke oak workstations featuring radius-edge detailing and suspended on smoked glass supports.

Materiality is defined by the juxtaposition of warm timber, metallic steel cladding, and reflective resin surfaces.

A large-scale luminous ceiling membrane depicting an open sky dissolves structural boundaries, enhancing the fluid transition between the open-plan office and private glass-enclosed suites.

The design utilizes a dialogue between exposed masonry and monolithic matte surfaces to define a cohesive living environment.

A central open-plan configuration facilitates an unobstructed flow between the culinary and lounge areas, anchored by a sculptural plaster wall featuring integrated bas-relief detailing.

Materiality is explored through the juxtaposition of raw brick, charcoal cabinetry, and light timber, creating a calibrated balance of texture and tone.

The design of Frix presents a sophisticated exploration of urban layering, where the solidity of an industrial framework meets the dynamic vitality of graphic expression.

A carefully orchestrated lighting strategy integrates technical track systems with vibrant neon accents, shaping the spatial atmosphere and emphasizing the material dialogue between natural timber textures, the rhythmic structure of corrugated metal, and expansive graphic surfaces.

The result is a cohesive, high-contrast environment that translates the visual language of the street into a precise architectural statement.

The apartments are defined by a disciplined commitment to geometric clarity and material continuity.

Open-plan living areas and private spaces share a cohesive architectural language, articulated through a restrained palette of light oak, matte lacquer, and patterned stone.

Monolithic volumes and seamlessly integrated furnishings establish spatial order, while a layered lighting strategy accentuates form, depth, and texture.

The result is a calm and sophisticated environment, where the subtle interplay of light and shadow enriches a living space characterized by refined simplicity.

The interior is structured through a sequence of calibrated thresholds and material layers.
Vertical timber elements and custom joinery define the spatial layout, balancing the openness of the social areas with the quietude of the private quarters. A palette of oak, matte white surfaces, and dark stone is articulated with precise detailing, while integrated lighting systems sculpt the volumes.
