RTC Consulting was founded in 2009 with the main goal of supporting development processes in the Balkans by providing professional consulting services in private sector development; local governance; education and empowerment of women’s role in vulnerable communities. RTC is not only involved in providing advisory services and propose solutions but also manage the implementation of an intervention
process within an organization or a wider community whether engaged in the planning, controlling or evaluating phase of a particular project by applying our well-developed leadership, communication, change management, coaching and team-building techniques. Our clients include USAID implementing contractors; and other international donors such as the World Bank; International Finance Corporation; Swiss Development Cooperation; and other International Banking institutions and non-governmental organizations.
