That person you need to become, to truly know your true worth - is, likely YOU; with the permission given to defend and fight for a being worth helping: YOU.

If you're wondering what this looks like - you don't need to look too far - that person is who you show up as when defending, helping or counselling a close friend of yours, going through tough times. xo

If you can assume permission is granted to stick up for them, then trust me - the issue is less with a need to 'find you,' and more with a need to give yourself permission to show up for yourself in this same way. xo
