✨ Happy New Year! ✨

Looking back, 2025 has been a positive year for my business. My workload doubled, and I was lucky enough to have another great year working with my wonderful clients — I’m so grateful for your continued support.

Alongside my Virtual Assistant work, I also took on the role of Group Training Officer at Essex Construction Training Association. While this has been a little different from my usual role, and the future of ECTA is still unfolding, I’m thankful for the opportunity and the valuable connections I’ve made along the way.

Here’s to growth, new challenges, and whatever the next chapter brings. Wishing everyone a successful and positive year ahead! 🎉

💜 New Daytime Yoga Class In Brantham! 💜

We've been running our retreats in Brantham for a few years now, and now we are launching a regular class from Thursday 8th January 2026! 🎉

Our Luna Yoga (women's yoga) classes are something special 😊

Imagine twinkly lights, candles, aromatherapy and a wonderful bunch of people. Oh, and nourishing, beautiful yoga 😉

The focus in our classes is to take the time to relax, release and restore our bodies, focusing on hormonal and spiritual balance.

Around the New Moon we enjoy a deep, nourishing, restorative session working our way up to a higher energy Vinyasa flow when the moon peaks (and everything in between!)

Whether it’s reaching out to a friend, talking to a professional, or handing over some of your workload to lighten the pressure — asking for help is a form of self-care. 🌿

You deserve rest. You deserve support. You deserve peace of mind.

Back from another successful ECTA members’ meeting yesterday — and this is exactly why I love what I do! 🫶
Even though these quarterly meetings are smaller in scale, there’s so much that goes on behind the scenes. From finding speakers who genuinely bring value to our members, to choosing a venue that feels right and is easy to get to. Then there’s the food, making sure everything flows smoothly and, most importantly, keeping everyone engaged from start to finish.
For me, planning these meetings is all about the end result — seeing people enjoy the day, making connections, and leave knowing it was worth being there. That’s what makes it all so rewarding! ✨

It’s that time of year again… this Friday is the Sandon Golf Society Charity Golf Day in aid of Little Havens Children Hospice 🫶

…But this year without Dad! The main man! But we wanted to continue his legacy and for dad it was all about raising money for Havens Hospices.

It’s been difficult at times sitting in dad’s office helping to organise this without him 😢 looking back at last years messages / emails from him. But I know he will be SO pleased it is still going ahead this year and he will be with us in lots of ways on the day. Including the Gary Carlile Memorial Trophy for the winning team! 🏆

We have lots of amazing raffle and auction prizes, live music in the evening by So Yesterday (dad’s favourite - David Mears), great food and even better company with an amazing 100 golfers!!
