Stockpile Media

Stockpile Media Independent news, publishing and podcast network behind Wisecrackers’ Desk, Wisecrackers’ Dispatch and The Contrast Project Lounge. Big fan of fine photography.

Journalism that follows the evidence and makes power uncomfortable. I'm curious by nature, travel and intentional living. I voraciously seek and read literally just about everything. When I’m not reading and researching current Marketing strategies, I’m consuming mass quantities of bacon, Hot Dogs and fine fine cigars. I know, all bad habits, but they make me happy and everone else can go leap fro

m a short building! I am currently the Head Cheese, Head Honcho, Founder and CEO of Stockpile Media, a marketing firm with a focus on , and . I am always seeking new clients, and am open to the idea of taking on like minded Partners or collaborators. I thoroughly believe in Personal Branding. In fact, is my , my art, my passion and my work. At Stockpile Media, I wear many hats including that of Thought Leader, Management, Web Development, Marketing Consultant, Strategist, and Growth Hacker to name a few. Editor @ . I help develop career related segments and story ideas. I also work on Business Development looking for new and exciting brands to partner with and corporations looking to expand their Social Reach. A few of my personal influencers are Guy Kawasaki, Richard Branson, Jeff Bullas, Michael Stelzner, His Holiness Tenzin Gyatso the 14th Dali Lama, to name a few. Strange mix, but what can I say. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and find my passion in it’s art community and it’s Urban Core. I am equally proud to say that I was a candidate for Jacksonville City Council District 7 in 2015. My interests lie in building communication avenues and building relationships. I have a strong working knowledge in Wordpress design systems, web development, blogging strategies, and social media. During my previous career as an Intensive Care Nurse, I had the great fortune to travel the world on medical mission trips with various organizations, like F.A.M.E. and St.Boniface Haiti Foundation to impoverished nations and regions including Port au Prince, Haiti just weeks after the devastating earthquake in 2010. I previously traveled to Haiti in ’07and 2010 and to West Africa in ’05. I would like to devote more of my spare time (what little there is) to volunteerism and community work, and am very interested in the Downtown revitalization efforts and making Jacksonville, Florida a prime destination. If you think that we are a right fit for each other, (Here’s my ‘Call To Action’), contact me NOW, without hesitation and certainly without any reservation. James Eddy knows Jacksonville politics from several sides: candidate, Democratic district chair, State Committeeman, political consultant and LGBTQ+ advocate.

In our latest Wisecrackers Dispatch conversation, we discuss what local party organizers actually do, why voters are increasingly exhausted, how consultants can mislead inexperienced candidates and why anyone running from questions should not be trusted with public power.

James’s warning is the heart of the episode:

“If they do not use their power of the vote, they could lose their power to vote.”

Watch the full interview and tell me what Democrats must change before the next election.

TUESDAY NETWORK ROUNDUP

Strong networks do more than react. They reveal what matters.

Tuesday’s roundup looks beyond the loudest headline and asks what is actually changing underneath it. Who benefits? Who pays? What evidence is missing? What story is getting buried because something shinier was thrown into the feed?

Across Stockpile Media, the goal is not to chase every outrage flare. It is to identify the stories with consequences and give them the attention they deserve.

What issue deserves more attention than it is getting right now?

MONDAY NETWORK ROUNDUP

The week starts here.

Stockpile Media is tracking the stories, conversations, and signals moving across The Wisecrackers’ Desk, The Wisecrackers Dispatch, and The Contrast Project Lounge.

Some stories demand scrutiny. Others demand perspective. A few deserve a hard shove into the spotlight before the algorithm buries them under recycled outrage and disposable bu****it.

Monday is about getting sharp early, staying curious, and following the signal before the noise takes over.

What story, issue, or conversation should be on the network’s radar this week?
