How We Pack Your LED UV System for Long Sea Voyages

& Curing System wooden box packaging before dispatch.
The video below shows the wooden box packaging of our & Curing System before dispatch.

Before shipment, we pack the system in a sturdy wooden box. The four bottom corners of the machine are reinforced to ensure stability and prevent shaking during transit.

The top of the wooden box is designed with hinged lids secured by latches. This design not only protects the equipment during transportation but also allows customs officers to easily open and inspect the box when needed.

Additionally, the machine is tightly wrapped with PE plastic film to protect it from moisture during long sea voyages (which may last over 40 days). Inside the box, anti-vibration and anti-collision padding made of PE foam and pearl cotton is also added for extra protection.
