What an amazing evening at the 5th Annual CASA Superhero Gala !! 🎉
Helping abused and neglected kids in Madison and Clark Counties and expanding. 🙏🏻
you are leaving your mark in this life. ❤️

It was a bonus to have Tristan Moorehead and Madeline Moorehead with us. Always a blast with you all.

Shout out to Krystin Arnold for talking me into going so bold with this dress. Completely out of my comfort zone. My guy is 🔥.
Thank you for always coming in clutch to fix my dresses and you did a phenomenal job on Victoria's dress. 💥

If you have some spare $$ laying around I highly suggest you send it to this cause. ☺️

We had a blast at Vibin in the Vines last night 💥

It's always fun to get out of the studio as a Team and to see so many of our clients having a great time enjoying life.

If you haven't been out to the Vineyard yet you're missing out.

Make it a restful restoring Sunday friends. We'll see y'all at the studio this week. 🌞

Super excited to collaborate with NuHealth Kitchen to bring healthy food prepped meals to our Transcend Training 40475 community. How awesome is it that they are offering Promo Codes for our people to save $$. 💰

The biggest challenge we hear consistently is food prep, food on the go or we always hear "can you just cook my food?" Well no we can't however we're all about solution finding and problem solving around here. These meals are very reasonably priced, (cheaper than a fast food meal) prepared with high quality ingredients, never frozen and so good. Everything is customizable to your needs and goals. Angie Lucas will be able to help you with your meal planning with their meals as well. Yes there's a cost for her to do that with you. Great investment into you.

So here it is!!

NuHealth will be delivering to the Studio 2 times a week for our clients and our community.

All orders must be placed online
https://nuhealthkitchen.com/

All meal questions directed to Justin @
[email protected]

Orders will have to be placed by 4pm on Tuesday's and Friday's. Deliveries will be on Monday's and Thursday's between 4-5pm. All meals must be picked up at the studio these days and at these times.
NO exceptions and NO special arrangements!!!
If you don't pick them up they're mine. 🤣

Look how yummy these look!! 👇🏻

Healthy Starts Here Friends 😉

Happy New Year!!

This year we're super excited to announce a flexible more costly Personal Training option. We've been testing out Team Training and it has been going amazing so we decided as a Team to change it up a bit.

We will now have a consistent open times schedule that will come out monthly. Saturdays are now included!!
You can sign up on the app (preferably) or with us and just show up. The app is super easy to use. You can always bring a friend but that's not necessary. All of our Trainers will be training in these blocks so you never know who you'll get. That's fun!!

There is a max of 4 clients per 30 minute session. It's not HIIT or Bootcamp style. It's Personal Training in a shared cost environment.
They are a blast!

If you've been away from Transcend Training 40475 for awhile and are interested in coming back this is a great option to take a step back in.

We kick it off next Saturday the 6th at 8am-10am. A new session starts every 30 minutes.
Get signed up ASAP they'll fill up fast!!

To kick the month off we're offering a few options to give it a try. I mean why not try 2 Free to see if you like them. If you're a current 1 on 1 client and want to try a Team Training session you qualify for the deal. We will be playing with the schedule over the next few months to see what works best for everyone and our Team.

I'll post the schedule in the comments and separately.
Let's make it a strong year!!!

Focusing on all the things other than the number on the scale is what we will always advocate for at Transcend Training 40475!!! I’ve done multiple Inbody scans on my clients recently and they are amazed with what they can learn from this 3 minute test!!!

It is proving to them that while the scale may not say what they want, they are losing fat and gaining muscle….hello, that’s the goal! It is showing them how significantly they may be under-eating and how much their body requires! Clients are upping their food and losing inches! It’s amazing!! 🖤

Teaching and educating clients on the metabolism and nutrition is one of my favorite things! And seeing their successes make it that much better! If you are ready to learn more or are interested in an InBody scan, message us!

We love training couples.
What better way to show your love for each other than investing in each other's health and supporting your #1.

Awesome job today Team Reynolds!!! 💪
