Creative transformation is not about changing what is. It’s about uncovering what was always meant to be. When Naukuchia House asked us to reimagine the Himmaleh Bar & Lounge, we knew this couldn’t be just another cocktail list. It had to be a story. A feeling. With a soul.

So we gave the menu a new heartbeat—a Flavour Compass shaped like Naukuchiatal Lake, its nine corners stretching into axes of taste. Each cocktail found its own fingerprint here. Buransh and herbs spiking toward Floral and Earthy, Malta leaning into Citrusy and Light. Before the first sip, the drink already told you who it was.

And then, we brought the Magpie to life with a story. A seeker, elegant and curious, gathering treasures from the nine corners of the lake—Malta, Buransh, wild honey, frost-kissed berries. We chose the magpie because it belongs to this region, and because the hotel itself, in its architecture and personality, carries the spirit of this bird. Inspired by its flight, the drinks were born. Liquid stories, crafted with patience and vision.

This journey of creative transformation, of turning memory into flavour, of turning heritage into experience, of turning the everyday into something you can taste, touch, and remember, became AVDS’s creative meal and fulfilled the hearts at the same time.

Introducing the Christmas Joyhouse

It's the season to sleigh it with joy!

At AVDS, every Christmas is an opportunity to create something magical, meaningful, and memorable.

This year too, we've crafted our own Christmas tree.

Remember how, as kids, we used to snuggle inside our self-created tent houses? They were our safe space before we even knew the meaning of the word.

Take that ahead, this time, Team AVDS has invited their inner child to create a Christmas Joyhouse.

Adorned with nostalgia, embellished with childhood memories, and decorated with tinsels of joy, it is decking our studio and allowing us to cherish the wonder of Christmas like a child. And we want to cherish it with you.

AVDS warmly invites our lovely friends to step into our den (and maybe, the Joyhouse) for Christmas cake, beverages and conversation.

24th December, 11am to 7pm.

Open daily until 31st December.

Closed on 25th December (spending the day with Santa) and 29th December. Spending the day with one self.

AVDS for Culture and People Transformation:

A passion project that had been brewing for months.

How do you foster a culture of love and intent within teams and organizations, and bring the conversation of 'love' into the boardroom? Love for the planet, love for the human race, love that allows every organization to participate in the 17 SDGs of the United Nations with the intent to make an impact, not merely as a checklist CSR initiative.

But this won’t happen until every individual in the workplace reflects on their own lives, their shared and universal purpose on this planet—until love and empathy become the primary lens, and a "great place to work" becomes a "grateful place to work."

We piloted 'Lovelutionary Workplaces' with Stellar Search yesterday—a program that invites people in the workplace to view their own lives with love, wholeness, and completeness as they set out to make the world whole and complete.

A revolution of happiness, love, and intent in the workplace makes it a "lovelutionary" workplace. A workplace that operates from love and abundance, not fear and lack; from wonder, not reward; from alchemy, not blacksmithing; from kindness, not niceness. How do we enable individuals to embrace their authenticity, so that as they tap into it within themselves, they bring more of it into the world? How do we become karmayogis at the workplace?
