For Rita, the Women in Tech programme became an opportunity to find clarity in her digital marketing journey.

When she first started out in digital marketing, she wasn’t sure what her niche was or how to position herself. Through the programme, she was able to discover her niche, understand her strengths, and learn how to maximise them.

She describes the experience as wonderful and appreciates Host Skill Set Consulting Limited, TESA Global Solutions, and her coach, Queen Esther Adeleke, for making the journey impactful.

Sometimes, you don’t need to start with all the answers. You just need the right environment to discover what you’re capable of.

“I never really thought tech was for me.”

For Huldah Stephen, a scriptwriter and participant in TESA’s Women in Tech programme, the journey started without much interest in the tech space. But being part of the programme gave her a new perspective and an opportunity to explore skills beyond what she already knew.

Huldah considers herself privileged to have been part of the programme, and her message to other women is simple: take the opportunity and be part of a programme that equips you to grow.

Before TESA’s Women in Tech training, Esther never imagined she could use social media this intentionally.

After just one month of intensive training, she now understands how to leverage social media for learning, branding, visibility, and income generation and, most importantly, she has already started putting what she learned into practice.

She’s grateful to the organisers and her facilitator, Queen Esther Adeleke, for the knowledge, guidance, and support throughout the training.

This is what empowerment looks like: learning the skill, applying the knowledge, and seeing the possibilities differently.

For Deborah Obadimu, a participant in the second cohort of TESA Women in Tech, the training was more than just learning a new skill. It gave her a new perspective on how content can connect with people and create impact.
