We, Family DOH Enterprise are very much grateful for your trust in our job and giving us the opportunity to do business with you. In order to finish the job on time and to deliver on high quality standard,
We kindly ask the client to make initial deposit of 45% of the total cost to enable us financed the working materials and logistics. The remaining 55% will be paid after the job is completely done by Family DOH Enterprise.( NO CREDIT)

An adult over 18 years of age with the authority to make decisions must be present at the time of installation. Measurement and estimate provided by Family DOH Enterprise are not 100% guaranteed (+/- 5%)
Installation charges may vary depending on the amount you were quoted vs. Please check with your building management for parking accessibility and delivery times for your installation. Please be advised, you must be present through the whole installation/or repair process to review and approve the job .If you are not present, we will not be responsible for any changes and/or modifications
Please remove all fixtures such as accessories, mirrors, lights, sculptures, art works, TV and heavy furniture in order to make installation process smooth and efficient. The day of installation, you will be provided with an installation approval form for you to fill out and approve the job done by Family DOH Enterprise. If you have any issues with your installation date and need to reschedule, call us not less than 48hrs in other not to incur any additional cancellation charges of GHC 100.00 penalty fee for any appointment installation cancelled. The life span of the product can be shortened if the client did not take good care of the wallpaper after installation is done-Family DOH will not take responsibly for any damage caused by any activities thereof.
