In light of the ongoing challenges we face being human, and the collective challenges we face in the world, I created a "prayer request" form if you are ever in need of some extra love, light, and prayers sent your way. (Or you can request prayer for another person or circumstance). Whatever you need.

Right now my sister Mindi Strong and myself will hold you in a prayer space and send good vibes for whatever you need. We are forming a prayer collective to send LOVE and LIGHT to the whole human race ongoingly. To every living thing.

Hello Friends,

I’ve been practicing ancient Tibetan breathwork for nearly 16 years, and it has profoundly transformed my life.

These techniques, passed down through generations of Masters for thousands of years, were brought to the West by Edwin John Di**le, who studied in Tibet for two decades before founding the Institute of Mental Physics in the 1920s.

I’m so grateful to my teachers, Frank and Evelyn Haggard, and to all my fellow students and Reverends who are as passionate about these teachings as I am. Today, hundreds of thousands of students worldwide still practice this unique form of breathwork, finding peace and joy through its wisdom.

In India, it’s called Brahmavidya, meaning the "Study of the Knowledge of the Divine." Just practicing the 8 Key Breaths can awaken creativity, youthfulness, and joy—parts of yourself you may have yet to discover.

Personally, I believe these breathwork techniques helped me heal from stage four blood cancer in my early 30s. They balance the endocrine system, which allowed me to restore my hormones and entire body. Despite doctors' predictions, I naturally had a baby at 41.

After years of teaching and sharing this practice The Science of Mentalphysics, I developed online classes to help spread this wisdom further. Last year, I hosted a 9-Day Breathwork Challenge, which was such a great experience that I wanted to create a version you can access anytime!
