BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT
There are 3 main scopes available in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT:
1) BD - OPERATION SPECIALIST
Managing all forms of correspondence, timely and professionally
Collecting and consolidating data in a clear and organized manner
First point of contact for all client initiatives and campaign
Attending to clients on the Post & Pre-sales request
Oversee clients' experiences
2) BD - PRODUCT & SOLUTION SPECIALIST
Scheduling and managing appointments
Directly responsible for end-to-end sale process
Oversee new clients' onboarding experience
Generating quotes and preparing documents for sales presentations
3) BD - BRANDING & MARKETING
Create and manage initiatives and campaigns to generate new leads
Key personnel in maintaining a good relationship with new clients, prospects, and brand ambassadors
Create seasonal touchpoints for the entire team
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY: BRAND AMBASSADOR
We are looking for an individual who is willing to be groomed as a Brand Ambassador, representing the team to build an online presence and create awareness through sharing market knowledge on dedicated social media platforms.
