A little scheduling policy update 🤍
First, I want to say how incredibly grateful I am for my amazing clients who respect my time, schedule, and business. I appreciate you more than you know!
As my business continues to grow, I’m putting a few policies in place to protect my time while continuing to give each of you the experience you deserve.
✨CARDS ON FILE
A card will be required to book future color appointments. If you already have an appointment booked, you’re completely fine! This applies to appointments booked going forward.
✨48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Color appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
✨PLEASE BE ON TIME
If you are 15+ minutes late, I can’t guarantee your appointment will continue as planned. Your service may need to be shortened, certain portions skipped, or rescheduled depending on the time remaining. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you while respecting the clients scheduled after you.
✨LIFE HAPPENS
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Fees will always be handled case by case, and I’m happy to waive a fee when the situation calls for it. I simply ask that this understanding not be taken advantage of. My time is valuable, too.
✨NO-SHOW POLICY
1st no-show: $50 fee
2nd no-show: $100 fee
3rd no-show: No future appointments
✨WHY ARE FEES NONREFUNDABLE?
These fees compensate for time specifically reserved for you that could not be filled on short notice. Once that appointment time has passed, that time and income are gone.
If a fee applies, the card on file will be charged. Your actual service can still be paid for however you prefer: cash, card, Venmo, Apple Cash, etc.
These policies aren’t meant to punish anyone or make extra money. They’re simply boundaries that allow me to protect my livelihood and continue doing what I love.
