The founders of JKR Joe and Kelly Rosner are two people with an incredible vision to empower businesses and entrepreneurs to Just Keep Reaching no matter the situation. Over the last decade they have lived the model JKR no matter the situation. Going from having triplets to business adventures that taught lessons to businesses that grew massively but never skipping a beat to help others every step of the way and continue forward.

Even in times of uncertainty they always Just Keep Reaching forward leading from a place of love and gratitude.

They both have a heart for giving more sometimes everything they had. While going from a married couple starting business adventures that taught some tough gratifying lessons for them. They are absolutely crazy is what everyone said, when they were blessed with their triplets, two identical twin girls and a charming boy. Not crazy because they have three beautiful babies to take care of but because they decided to put all the lessons learned and successes they have had along the way into JKR, so they could continue their vision of empowering others. Even tho they didn’t know at the time the reason everyone was so crazed over this was because raising 6 month old triplets and starting a business at the same time was absolutely absurd, especially with no funds to buffer the adjustment. But that didn't stop them, heart driven to make an impact in this world one that their kids would be able to share with their kids someday.

Thats exactly what they did started giving their time to pour love into businesses and entrepreneurs.
“There are three things we know for sure in life 100%, one we will die one day, two we will live until we die and three it is 100% our choice to choose how we live until we die” -Joe Rosner
They were off doing exactly what they dreamed of, with Kelly’s father passing when she was a very young child, instilled heart, strength, and courage alongside her exceptionally high level in mathematic’s, from St. Kates getting into accounting and being competitive with sports excelling in volleyball. Needless to say she knew numbers like no one else and could articulate them into phenomenal systems. You mix that with Joe’s rough unusual upbringing as he was physically, emotionally abused as a child put into foster care and eventually adopted. While growing up on a farm selling crops, raising animals and his family owning several businesses, needless to say he knew what hard work was. Joe joined the Marine Corps after high school went on deployments went to college while working with non profits and in the fitness space in California. He moved back to the midwest still pursuing his fitness career with sales and training and excelling at creating a over million dollar training team in ten months. With all the lessons learned, hard work and with a lot of heart they knew JKR would be the very thing that will empower businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Starting or operating a business is no easy feat, but learning to love the whole process is what makes it so incredible. Even when things didn’t go as planned in those moments of learning we realized how to embrace it even if those things maybe could of been prevented but its those things that got us here and thats an incredible feeling. When you breakthrough each level of your journey always remember this, run your business like you’ll keep it forever, plan your business like you’ll sell it tomorrow and perfection is a false theory don’t let it fool you from moving forward.
