We’ve restored 34 lakes across different regions, but nature doesn’t work the same way everywhere. 🌱

Some lakes are filled with water, some hold only a little, and some remain dry. Rainfall, geography, climate, and other natural factors all play a role.

Our job is to restore the lakes and give them a chance to thrive. Filling them with water is ultimately in the hands of Mother Nature. đź’§

100 people. 300 saplings. One shared goal: giving back to nature. 🌱💚

Elanco team came together near the KMF society in Bengaluru to plant 300 saplings and make a meaningful impact on the environment.

Because giving back shouldn’t stop at our workplaces. It should extend to the world we depend on every day. 🌳

Imagine the difference we could make if more corporate teams took initiatives like this.

A greener Bengaluru starts with all of us. 🌿

We spend hours every day sitting behind a laptop, rushing through work and deadlines. But sometimes, stepping outside and getting your hands into the soil can give you a completely different kind of peace. 🌱

For her, this plantation activity was more than just planting trees. She felt proud to be part of it, knowing that years from now, she could come back to Bengaluru and see the trees she helped grow. 🌳💚

Maybe we all need to step away from the screen once in a while and do something that gives back to nature.

For World Hill Cleanup Day, Guru and the team took up the task of cleaning this hidden hill in Bengaluru.

No rain in Bengaluru, yet this lake is getting water. đź’§

KC Valley project- Treated wastewater from BWSSB’s Koramangala-Challaghatta Valley treatment plants is being used to fill lakes across the Kolar region and support the South Pennar basin.

A massive Karnataka government project, with treated water reaching nearly 122 lakes. 🌱💧

This is what happens when we find ways to reuse and manage the water we already have.

We have fought for Cauvery. We have protested for every drop. But are we taking care of the river that gives us that water? đź’§

Cauvery and its many tributaries flow through Karnataka and Bengaluru, yet the condition of some of these waterways tells a very different story. The water is treated, filtered and eventually reaches our homes, but shouldn’t we be protecting the source itself?

It’s high time we stop looking at water only as something we consume and start looking at it as something we need to protect.
