When searching for a name for this coaching practice, we really wanted to have a name that best says what we hope to see our clients achieve. With all the negativity in the media that is not 100% reality, we believe the first thing business owners, upper management ... everyone working in manufacturing industry needs to believe, is that we CAN Thrive in business and life in this industry. We do not need to feel like we are just 'Surviving" all the time. There are plenty of very successful businesses in this industry and they all believe that can thrive .. therefore they do. With that single thought in mind, when we are Striving to Thrive we will always be looking to raise the bar and achieving the goals we set. Business is too risky to have any other outcome than HIGHLY successful! A goal in life or business simply needs the small steps needed to achieve that goal defined, put into a plan and then we can start on the path towards achieving that goal. These goals can be - More profit, happier employees, work less hours, exit/succession plan, petter systems and practices .. whatever the goals are, they start from beliefs and dreams .. then we need to put that into a plan, then we need people willing to execute that plan. Simple right ? :)
