ABC SPORTS CLUBS are back to kick off 2024 with our Multi Sports Camps, hosted at our new venue; the fantastic Terrington Hall Prep School! (YO60 6PR)

🏀🎾⚽ Not sure if your children will like the sports we have on offer? No problem! We've got it all covered, with a range of activities in the schools' excellent heated full-size sports hall; the tennis courts, and the hockey astro, so no matter the weather, the fun won't stop and neither will the games! ⛹️‍♂️🤸‍♀️🏑

This is such a great insight into the complexities of achieving the dare I say it ‘complete game.’ Being proficient not only in all these areas, but on all the different surfaces too means the actual picture of specific skills required to achieve success is even bigger than this! I for one will be sharing this with my clients - particularly those who think they can win without moving their feet purely through ball striking!!! 🤨😆

I love this photo for so many reasons. It’s shows how many different parts of the court players must be willing and able to be skilful within.

It also highlights how many compromising positions players can find themselves in AND still have control of the racket head.

The game demands this, if we, as coaches, don’t demand it then it could be argued we are doing our players a disservice.
