Lincoln Direct Lincoln Direct is a newly established customer satisfaction company, we run customer satisfaction surveys to help you understand your customers needs.

At Lincoln Direct we are offering the REVIEW package which is aimed at trades people of all descriptions. For £35 a month we will call all the customers a trades person does work for and conduct a customer satisfaction survey. We will then post the results on our website for the trades person to use as an extremely valuable selling aid when quoting for new work. Not only will this give peace of mind to the prospective customer, but it will ensure the conversion rate between quoting for a job and actually securing the job will be higher, and that the trades person can actually charge a higher rate!
