Nice day to be out inspecting archaeological trenches across several utility projects affecting our area 🪏🚜🌾

Always interesting to see the historic and complex drainage schemes which have been installed over the years and all of the different land types and how they vary so much 🌦️

🌾 Sustainable Farming Incentive update 🌾

▪️ DEFRA Secretary, Emma Reynolds, announced at the Oxford Farming Conference that the reformed Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) will reopen for applications this summer.

▪️There will be two application windows. The first from June prioritising smaller farms and those without an existing agreement. Followed by a second window in September for wider applications.
