January 1, 2024 Bail Bond Laws are changing requiring companies to collect the full 10% up front. No financing, no payment plans. If a family doesn’t have access to thousands of dollars their family member will have to sit. Our hope is the legislators making these laws will open their eyes before the jails are overcrowding and inmates end up just being released (with no supervision) to make room for new ones.

🤝 **Gulley Bail Bonds: Supporting the Craighead County DARE Program** 🤝

At Gulley Bail Bonds, we believe in giving back to our community. Since 1990, the Craighead County DARE Program has been making a positive impact on the lives of students in Bay, Brookland, Buffalo Island Central, Riverside, and Westside.

The DARE program serves as a bridge, humanizing our dedicated police officers and allowing students to see them in a helpful role. It fosters open lines of communication between law enforcement, parents, and schools, creating a safer and more connected community for all of us.

As part of our Year of Giving & our ongoing commitment to support the communities we serve, we are thrilled to announce a $1000 donation to the Craighead County DARE Program. 🙌

This contribution is a small token of our appreciation for the incredible work they do. We believe in the power of education and community-building, and we're proud to stand with DARE in their mission.
