Want to share my new article, arguing that there should be a new function created within human resources that handles employee wellbeing. I know a few Silicon Valley companies are starting to follow this trend although I definitely think it will grow in popularity over the coming decades. Would be really interested to hear people's thoughts!

New article focused on giving advice to Taiwanese who want to work abroad (specifically) and (generally) do well in a competitive and global work environment.

It is important in job interviews and in the work setting to know when to show off a bit and take the credit you deserve. Start to think less about the potential negative judgement of others and your parents, there is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself.

I was recently invited by TaiwanPlus to appear as a guest on Divya Gopalan's feature show talking about brain drain. I mostly give my opinions on talent leaving and coming back to Taiwan and Akshobh Giridharadas shares his knowledge mostly related to India.
