I, David Milligan (owner, salesman, supervisor, laborer) personally oversees each project from start to finish to ensure the best quality possible. I've worked for the biggest landscaping companies in AZ. I've realized big companies focus on volume and low employee wages to maximize profilts. In turn, projects are completed rapidly, along with many overlooked details.
