In Linde Region Europe North, we have a special tradition: the Linde Safety Coin🏅
This coin is passed from one person to the next in recognition of outstanding dedication to safety.

This time, the Linde Safety Coin was awarded to one of our valued partners, Steffen Andersen, Traffic Manager at NorSea Denmark for his exceptional efforts in prioritizing the safety of his drivers.
NorSea plays an integral role in delivering Linde’s liquefied gases to customers across Denmark, covering over 2 million kilometers each year.

Our Linde team is welcoming over 18,000 professionals from various countries at the largest metalworking, automation, and new technology trade fair in the Baltics, “Tech Industry 2024”. The exhibition takes place in Riga from November 28-30.

The main news at this year´s Linde booth will be the plasma welding solution ARCLINE® PAW.

According to our Sales Manager in Latvia, Agnis Gūtmanis, we would like to highlight the PAW method for manufacturing companies. This is a high-quality, extremely productive welding process which is unknown to our competitors. This is also a great opportunity to showcase Linde's innovations, which help to increase productivity in our customer's welding processes.

Today at Kjemidagen in Trondheim, our graduates June and Martine, along with former graduate and current Linde employee Jørgen, are sharing the exciting career opportunities at Linde and providing students with a chance to experience our Hydrogen VR Bus Tour.

Kjemidagen is a career day organized for engineers studying Nanotechnology, Industrial Chemistry, and Biotechnology at NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and we're excited to have June, Martine and Jørgen representing Linde at this event sharing their experiences with the next generation of engineers.

📣Did you know the largest welding industry exhibition in the Nordic countries was held last week in Finland?


Linde attended the exhibition, Nordic Welding Expo, with a divided focus on already known products, such as MISON® shielding gases, and on newer innovations, such as Linde Green. Finnish experts were accompanied by experts from Sweden, and one of the experts, Bo Williamson, gave presentations about laser processing to fair visitors.

Visitors were very interested in Linde's products, particularly LINDOFLAMM® burner and the upcoming launch of Linde Green caught the attention of visitors. The atmosphere at the fair and visitors' passion for welding were truly fantastic!

Linde has, together with The Port of Gothenburg, Skanska, PowerCell Group, Hitachi Energy, Volvo Construction Equipment and Skagerak Energi AS, recently completed a "proof of concept" in the form of an innovative hydrogen project at a construction site in the Port of Gothenburg.

We at Linde see this project as a perfect example of the fantastic opportunities that exists to take the next step in the green transition when the stakeholders in the industry really cooperate.

Linde has been working with hydrogen as an energy carrier for over 100 years and has been committed to the use of hydrogen as an emission-free fuel for over 30 years. And we are convinced that hydrogen will play a key role in the future.
