Avoid financial loss and project delays due to theft, vandalism, and accidents. All our products are connected to our own 24/7 Alarm Center.

Kooi provides a mobile surveillance system that makes monitoring easy and reliable on construction sites, wind farms, solar installations, and recycling centers. As the market leader in Europe, Kooi provides a temporary mobile surveillance system that makes monitoring easy and reliable on construction sites, wind farms, solar installations, and recycling centers. With 24/7 monitoring via our own plug-and-play security solutions, you create immediate intervention that causes 99% of unauthorized persons to leave the site immediately. This is achieved through sirens and audio from our speakers on the surveillance systems. If necessary, we activate a siren and play a clear message instructing individuals to leave the area or call security services when needed, which is included in our fixed all-inclusive weekly contract price. We also specialize in heat detection. Heat is a common problem at recycling centers, where we can offer you the setup of our thermal camera, which monitors the temperature 24 hours a day so we can intervene if the maximum temperature is exceeded. Kooi delivers reliable and effective solutions for your security. This is the main reason we have become a leading and innovative player in the security industry. Our services are now available in a large part of Europe, including Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Ready to prevent theft, vandalism, and accidents? ⏱️ 9 seconds. That's all it takes.

When an alarm triggers, our own 24/7 staffed alarm centre responds within just 9 seconds - Europe's fastest response time in mobile camera surveillance.

This is possible because we exclusively monitor our own camera systems - a focused product range of 4 camera towers, purpose-built for construction sites and energy projects. The camera units on your site and the connection to our alarm centre; everything is designed to work together, fast and efficiently.

✅ Specialised product range
✅ Our own 24/7 staffed alarm centre
✅ Fixed all-inclusive pricing - no binding contracts

Securing your construction site or energy project doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to work - quickly and reliably.

This video shows a group attempting to open a container at a construction site.

It’s a typical example of the situations we handle daily at Kooi Nordics.

Our alarm center responded immediately via speaker intervention and siren, and the situation was resolved without further consequences.

For construction sites, surveillance is not just about recording incidents.

It’s about responding quickly and appropriately to protect materials, timelines, and budgets.

That’s why we provide:
🔎 24/7 active monitoring
⚡ An average response time of 9 seconds
💼 A fixed, all-inclusive weekly price

Security should be predictable - both operationally and financially.

🎉 We’ve been invited to take part in HÅNDVÆRK – the annual trade festival for craftsmen!

We’re really happy to have been invited by Gjensidige to join them at HÅNDVÆRK, and we’re looking forward to a strong, long-term collaboration.

Gjensidige will be attending the fair in collaboration with DI Byggeri, and as part of DI, Kooi Nordics will of course be there as well.

It’s Kasper and Christian – our two dear guys from Jutland – who’ve made the long journey all the way to meet you at the fair 😄

Stop by for a chat about how best to protect construction sites in an industry where up to DKK 278 million worth of equipment and materials are stolen every year.

And that doesn’t even include the time and resources spent afterwards on sourcing new materials, replacing tools, and getting projects back on track.

🚨 Send a clear signal to thieves

Every third DI member company has experienced theft in just the past year alone. On average, 15 break-ins occur every single day in vans or on construction sites across the country.

It’s costly—not just for the bottom line, but also in lost working hours, delays, and administrative processes.

That’s why DI Byggeri, Gjensidige, and Kooi Nordics will be present at HÅNDVÆRK on February 4–5, together with a selection of leading security companies.

👉 Stop by our stand (Stand 4) for practical advice and guidance on how you can better protect and insure your business against theft and break-ins.

We look forward to seeing you! 👷‍♂️🔒

Our project manager Helena is stronger than your coworker 😉

Recently, she lifted her way to a silver medal at the Copenhagen Weightlifting Cup – the largest international weightlifting competition in Denmark.

Strong performance. Strong mindset.

And yes… we’re very proud - or as you would say based on Kooi's Frisian roots and core values - very GRUTSK! 💪🥈

Last week, we hosted Team Days at Kooi Nordics.

We brought the entire team together for a series of valuable and inspiring sessions - joined by our colleagues from the Dutch office (online, but very much present).

The days were filled with great discussions, strong knowledge sharing, and meaningful conversations about processes and operations, all with one shared ambition:

👉 to keep improving and becoming even better together.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed with insights, engagement, and great energy. This is how we continue to move forward 🚀

We’re growing - and that means new faces at Kooi Nordics 👋

We’re really happy to welcome three new colleagues who have just joined the team:

👉 Mati Nezami has joined us as Marketeer.

Mati brings many years of experience in graphic design and video production and will be supporting our marketing efforts. He’s all about making ideas feel real, keeping things simple, and creating content that actually means something - not just something that looks good.

👉 Sarah Scholkmann is our new Backoffice Manager.

She comes from the financial world and will be helping keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly - from structure to numbers and daily operations.

👉 Simas Ramoska has joined as Project Manager for Funen and Jutland.

With a background as a platoon leader in the military, Simas brings structure, calm, and responsibility into the role. He’ll be supporting our customers and making sure their camera surveillance solutions work exactly as they should.

Welcome to the team - we’re really glad to have you on board 🙌

We’re proud to share that Kooi Nordics has now become part of the Vagt- og Sikkerhedsindustrien (VSI) - the Guard and Security Industry within Danish Industry 🤝

This means that we are now officially part of the Danish guard and security sector, representing companies that work professionally with physical security, security technology, surveillance, and risk management - for both private and public customers.

The membership gives us access to strong networks, professional expertise, and political advocacy, and it supports our ambition to actively contribute to the development of the industry through high standards and innovative solutions.

We look forward to being part of the dialogue on the future of security in Denmark - and to collaborating with the rest of the industry 💪

Did you enter 2026 nice and festively? 🎉

We hope you’ve all had a great start to 2026 and are now fully back in action.

As sites become active again after the holidays, we kindly want to remind our customers to check and update their security schedules in the app.

This helps ensure that alarms are not triggered when you or your colleagues arrive on site - and that the right time periods are secured if working hours have changed.

A quick adjustment can save unnecessary alarms and keep your site protected in the best possible way.

If you have any questions or need help, our team is of course ready to assist.

Here’s to a safe and successful year ahead! 🚧✨
