We are excited to announce that Nikki Krumm has officially joined Waytek as our Director of Technology.
Over the past three months, Nikki has partnered closely with our leadership team as a consultant. During that time, she has quickly earned our trust through her collaborative leadership style, strategic perspective, and ability to translate ideas into meaningful business results. She has helped strengthen project ex*****on, enhance our technology roadmap, improve our cybersecurity posture, and establish priorities that will support Waytek’s continued growth.
As our business continues to evolve, so does the role of technology. Technology is no longer simply a support function; it is a strategic capability and a key differentiator in how we serve our customers, empower our employees, improve productivity, make better decisions, and accelerate growth. The title Director of Technology reflects that broader vision, and the important role technology will play in Waytek’s future.
Nikki brings extensive experience leading technology organizations, driving digital transformation, and building high performing teams. In her new role, she will lead Waytek’s technology strategy, technology operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, AI enablement, data and analytics capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives. Most importantly, she will partner with every area of our business to ensure technology creates measurable value for our customers, our employees, and our company.
