General information
Over the last year, we've worked with sponsors like Amnesty International, the European Union, the State of California and many more, to solve problems that we, as a society, face together. We've also worked with the students and administration at NYU-Poly to redesign parts of the school in order to foster collaboration. For example, have you seen the seating outside the Dibner building? We're also helping in changing the Regna launge and creating a working-space (called the i2eGreenhouse) for students in the basement. These are some of the few ways that we are empowering students to discover and solve problems that they face, while at the same time enabling them to be creative. Check out the OpenIDEO platform. which is an online community of 36,00 people from across the world, coming together to solve global problems. You can also follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook! You can join us for our weekly meetings on Friday at 4 p.m. It will be in the department of technology management, LC 401 in the 4th floor of the Dibner building. We are also going to have workshops at Poly soon so we'll keep you posted.
