This video captures the arrival of a young woman in Dubai as she begins her new career journey, joining her husband—an ex-Matrix candidate who was also successfully placed overseas through the Foundation's support.
Stories like these reflect the power of sustainable rehabilitation through real opportunities. We are proud that Matrix remains the only rehabilitation institution providing candidates with a structured exit plan that includes genuine employment pathways, empowering them to rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and long-term stability.

sincerely thanking Royal Mint , Tafarah Foundation & Matrix International School for uplifting this incredibly gifted young boy, Tadiwanashe.
In this heartbreaking video, Tadi wakes up before sunrise to prepare for school — a daily routine that quietly reveals a painful untold story. From sleeping in a room that resembles an outside storeroom, to having nothing more than plain rice with peanut butter for breakfast and no warm cup of tea before school, the reality of his life is deeply moving.
Yet despite these conditions, Tadi remains exceptionally bright and determined.
Today, Tafarah Foundation and Matrix Zw proudly surprised him with a new school uniform and life-changing news — his transfer from a struggling $30-per-term school to International School, one of the leading high schools in Harare, valued at $1200 per term. All thanks to Madam Royal Mint and the Directors of Matrix International School for such a huge gesture of kindness and giving back to the community.
A child with such brilliance deserves dignity, opportunity, and access to quality education. We will continue sharing live updates on Tadi’s journey as we work together to rewrite his story.
